Most founders waste 9 months building before they validate. Here's the 7-day framework we wish we'd had earlier.
Day 1 — Write the one-sentence problem. Not the solution. The problem. Who has it, how often, and what does it cost them today?
Day 2-3 — Run 10 customer interviews. No pitch. Just questions: "Walk me through the last time you ran into this." If nobody says "yes, this is a real pain," kill the idea.
Day 4 — Build the smallest possible offer. A landing page, a one-page PDF, a $5 Google Ad sending people to a Calendly. The goal is to test demand, not perfection.
Day 5-6 — Get 3 pre-orders. Money on the table — not "interested" emails. If people won't pre-pay, they won't pay later.
Day 7 — Decide. Pivot, persevere, or pause. The signal is in the numbers.
