Why the handoff exists at all
US telehealth regulations require that the prescribing provider be the same entity that fulfills the medication for compounded prescriptions, or that there be a documented chain-of-custody between the two. Splitting acquisition (LeenRx) from clinical care + fulfillment (SHWCare) keeps that line clean and audit-friendly.
It also means your patient record sits with SHWCare, your prescribing provider — not with a marketing brand that could vanish overnight. Verify both entities independently before sharing data.
