1. Eligibility
LeenRx services are available to adults (18+) in U.S. states where our SHWCare providers are licensed. By using LeenRx, you confirm you meet these criteria.
2. Not a medical emergency service
LeenRx is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Provider relationship
When you submit your qualification, you may be matched with a SHWCare-affiliated licensed provider for an asynchronous clinical evaluation. The provider may approve, deny, or request more information at their clinical discretion.
4. Subscriptions & billing
LeenRx memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard with no penalty. Refunds for unused medication are subject to state pharmacy regulations.
5. Medication
Prescription medications are dispensed only after provider approval and may be compounded by licensed compounding pharmacies in SHWCare's network. Off-label use is at the provider's clinical discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
LeenRx provides a platform and care-coordination service. Clinical care is rendered by independent SHWCare-affiliated providers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeenRx is not liable for clinical outcomes outside its direct control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, except where prohibited by law.
