How we handle your information.
1. What we collect
We collect health-related information you voluntarily provide during the qualification questionnaire (goals, timeline, experience, medical history, contact details). We never collect more than is medically necessary to build your plan.
2. How we use it
Your information is used solely by your assigned SHWCare provider and care team to: (a) build your personalized treatment plan, (b) review medication safety, (c) communicate with you about your care, and (d) ship your medication. We do not sell your data.
3. HIPAA alignment
LeenRx is operated in alignment with HIPAA standards. All clinical communications, prescriptions, and protected health information (PHI) flow through SHWCare's HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with end-to-end encryption.
4. Storage & retention
PHI is stored in encrypted, audit-logged systems within the United States. Records are retained for the period required by applicable medical record-keeping laws in your state.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, request correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@shwcare.com. Some retention requirements may apply for medical records.
